Customized Amish Furniture and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Customized Amish Furniture believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Customized Amish Furniture and its subsidiaries.
- Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Customized Amish Furniture ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Customized Amish Furniture ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Our products are shipped through Pack Ship USA. Please allow approximately 8-10 weeks for you purchased items to be delivered on average. Often times, your delivery may arrive in less than 8 weeks. On some rare occasions, you purchased items may arrive a little later than 10 weeks after your purchase. No matter what the circumstance, we here at Customized Amish Furniture, will work our hardest to maintain solid line of communication with you, our customer.
Packaging Description: During the packaging process, all ?touch? points (edges, corners, sharp points) of the furniture are packaged with a protective foam called Foam In Place (FIP). FIP is manufactured foam that is dispensed with a machine in a liquid state. While being dispensed, it expands and conforms to the object, creating a mold as it sets up. This creates a custom fit around the touch points of each furniture piece. A gray film is placed between the furniture and the liquid foam so the FIP does not touch the furniture. All flat sides and tops are protected with 3/4" polystyrene sheets. A custom box made from 275 pound test, double wall cardboard sheeting covers the furniture piece. After boxing, large furniture pieces are strapped to pallets for easy transferring by the carrier. Delivery Description: After the furniture is thoroughly packed, it is shipped via less-than-truckload (LTL) common carrier (such as Yellow Freight, Roadway, etc.). Once the shipment arrives to the destination terminal, PackShip USA will call the receiving customer to let them know it has arrived and provide the customer with the carrier?s phone number to call to schedule delivery. The LTL common carrier will use a 28? or 48? tractor trailer unit to make delivery. The delivery will be made with one driver and the trailer will not have a liftgate. The cus-tomer must have someone on hand at delivery to provide assistance to the driver during unloading. Additional people may be required depending on the size of the order being delivered. It is the customer?s responsibility to take the furniture inside the home. Extra charges will apply if the customer requests to have the shipment carried inside the home. After unloading and before the driver leaves, the customer should inspect the furniture for damage. Product damage is rare, however, if damage is found the customer should note the damage in the appropriate box on the Delivery Receipt (provided by the driver) and then sign. Contact PackShip USA immediately and a claim will be filed. (Note: If there are any tears, indentations, or holes on the exterior of the package, but no damage is found, the customer should still note on the Delivery Receipt that the packaging contained holes and/or tears.) The delivery time for the Curbside Delivery method is 10-14 business days.
- Return Policy
With some of our products being customized for an individual purchase, Customized Amish Furniture does not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The only exceptions would be as follows. The customer should always examine their order immediately upon arrival. If the customer thinks that the wrong order was delivered, they should contact Customized Amish Furniture immediately, while the delivery driver is still at the location of the delivery. If the customer feels that their order has been damaged during shipping, they should notify the delivery driver immediately. All shippments will be made through Pack Ship USA, and all delivery items will be insured through Pack Ship USA. If the item is damaged, the customer must go through Pack Ship USA immediately. By placing an order with Customized Amish Furniture, the customer agrees to these terms.

Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Customized Amish Furniture and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.
GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Customized Amish Furniture shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Customized Amish Furniture with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Customized Amish Furniture with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Customized Amish Furniture. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
